This experience of union between the best handmade chocolate and wines is always organized on the first Sundays of the months of March, May, September and November.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The objective is to bring the world of blending to the people in a very original way.<\/strong> First of all, the pastry chef Roger Vallv\u00e9 from Ca les Taronges of Valls prepares five pieces of chocolate with different ingredients and percentages of cocoa.<\/p>\n<p>With them, we select which wine of <strong><a href=\"\/en\/\">Mas Vicen\u00e7<\/a><\/strong> is the most appropriate for each one.
