The farmhouse life<\/span><\/h2>\n

It is from the Middle Ages when farmhouses were the backbone of the old Catalonia. The multitude of farmhouses scattered throughout the territory and the people who inhabited them and cultivated the land defined the country’s identity. A thousand years later, the farmhouses are no longer the center of economic activity, not much less, but with some exceptions, as is the case of Mas Vicen\u00e7.<\/p>\n

“We are not the ones who own the land, it is the land that has made us the way we are. But we need to renew to be able to continue, and we don’t look at the past to see how we move forward”,<\/i> said our friend Jean Sales.<\/p>\n

This is how in 1954 and with 90 years old, the farmer Vicen\u00e7 Ferr\u00e9 becomes the owner of the farmhouse due to the loss without offspring of the former owner of the farmhouse. And so begins the small story of a closely-knit family to the agriculture.<\/p>\n

51 years later, the wine revolution was born, becoming the main manufacturing activity and occupying many spaces inside the current Catalan farmhouse. If our ancestors could see it, I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t believe it.<\/p>\n

It is simply a pride to continue this family legacy around the farmhouse and the lands that surround it, observing a present and future full of life in Mas Vicen\u00e7.<\/p>\n

Tendemos a olvidar a los vinos rosados y su especial encanto, que as\u00ed como los otros vinos tambi\u00e9n tiene sus variedades y muchas formas de maridarlo con deliciosos platos. Maridajes de vino rosado: El Flors i Violes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Pero antes de hablar del maridaje perfecto nos centraremos primero en su elaboraci\u00f3n, con un poco de historia sobre c\u00f3mo el <\/strong>Flors i Violes<\/strong><\/a> es uno de los vinos m\u00e1s representativos de Mas Vicen\u00e7<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Flors i Violes<\/strong><\/a>, el rosado de la casa que naci\u00f3 como commemoraci\u00f3n a los 10 a\u00f1os de la Mas Vicen\u00e7. Especial menci\u00f3n para el vino de la cosecha 2020, memorable por la vendimia tard\u00eda de la garnacha, lo cual permiti\u00f3 alargar su proceso de maduraci\u00f3n sin riesgo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El vino rosado es posible encontrarlo en diferentes tonalidades, el Flors i Violes<\/strong><\/a> en concreto tiene una capa media tirando a rosado oscuro. Su color es fino con un recuerdo asalmonado, pero se pueden encontrar m\u00e1s p\u00e1lidos e intensos. El tono de los vinos rosados depende de la maceraci\u00f3n en las pieles de la uva negra, los vinos rosados vienen 100% de uvas negras y su piel nos da el color del vino y su estructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfComo maridar El Flors i Violes?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Por su apariencia, con un color muy fino y poca estructura, los vinos rosados suelen ser acompa\u00f1ados por ensaladas con productos de temporada, y por qu\u00e9 no con un buen plato de pasta, que desengrasa y agrega un toque divertido al paladar. Su punto refrescante limpia la boca entre bocado y bocado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este maridaje de vinos rosados, encontramos que el Flors i Violes<\/strong><\/a> marida perfecto con una noche de tapas o fusion\u00e1ndolo con la cocina mediterr\u00e1nea y asi\u00e1tica: arroces, sushi, carpaccios o tartares, con aromas ecl\u00e9cticos que juegan mucho con el toque afrutado que tiene este vino en particular.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tendemos a pensar en los vinos rosados como vinos de verano, pero lo cierto es que son perfectamente v\u00e1lidos durante otras \u00e9pocas del a\u00f1o, como por ejemplo navidad. Tambi\u00e9n es posible maridarlos con entrantes, ya que tienen un poco m\u00e1s de volumen que un vino blanco joven y por tal raz\u00f3n acompa\u00f1an muy bien con quesos blandos como el queso de cabra, Camembert y Brie, y con platos de pasta que tienen m\u00e1s consistencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
