SAMS\u00d3 \/ CABERNET S. \/ MERLOT<\/h2>\n

Inspired by the iconic figures of the sixteenth century, The \u201cArlequ\u00ed\u201d is one of the most elegant wines of the winery. It is a wine with great structure, concentrated and persistent and represents the origin of Mas Vicen\u00e7.<\/p>\n

Arlequ\u00ed won the gold medal at the DO Tarragona competition.<\/p>\n

This product has a weight of 1.25 kg and a capacity of 75cl<\/em><\/p>\n

THE ORIGIN AND PERSONALITY<\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Blend<\/strong> \u2018L\u2019Arlequ\u00ed\u2019 is produced with the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sams\u00f3 varieties, with an equal proportion of each variety.<\/div>\r\n
Harvest<\/strong> 2021. Manual selection and picking. The three varieties are highly resistant to water shortages, a noteworthy feature of the 2016 harvest. This resulted in a meagre collection but with extremely high sugar and flavour concentrations. The varieties were collected during the last two weeks of October, starting with the Cabernet and ending with the Sams\u00f3.<\/div>\r\n
Production<\/strong> The specific maceration process lasts for 12 days. Pressed and subsequently fermented in stainless steel vats, with temperature control. The aging process takes place in first and second year American barrels for 12 months.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

Visual appearance<\/strong> Its colour is intense and dark with garnet touches.\r\nBouquet<\/strong> It has a complex and elegant aroma such as ripe plums, scents of vanilla and roasted coffee beans. There are also notes of certain minerals that transport drinkers to the highest vineyards of Mas Vicen\u00e7.\r\nFlavour An intense, rounded wine, with hints of wild fruits, dark chocolate and balsamic.\r\nPairing <\/strong>Red meats, a good barbecue and even hunt meat go excellently with this wine. \u2018L\u2019Arlequ\u00ed\u2019 also pairs nicely with cheeses.\u00a0\r\nServing temperature: <\/strong>Between 16 and 18
