MAS VICEN\u00c7 NOVELL WINE 2026<\/h2>\n

Fresh \u00b7 Young \u00b7 Solidarity<\/p>\n

The fruit of this young red wine is born in one of the most emblematic bush vineyards of Mas Vicen\u00e7, planted in 1990 in the area known as \u201cJordans\u201d in Cabra. With a shady character and completely surrounded by forest, it gives us a tempranillo (ull de llebre) with a truly surprising expression.<\/p>\n

Hand-harvested and made using carbonic maceration, this novell invites pleasure through its most refreshing and mouth-watering side.<\/p>\n

A NOVELL WINE WITH A SOLIDARITY PURPOSE<\/h2>\n

Novell Wine 2026. A charity initiative that, as is now tradition, pairs wine and solidarity.<\/strong> This year, the proceeds from the harvest go to the Institut de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica Catalunya Sud (IRB CatSud)<\/strong>, the Southern Catalonia Biomedical Research Institute.<\/p>\n

For every bottle of this novell, we donate \u20ac0.50 to IRB CatSud.<\/p>\n

\r\n\r\n1-Variety:<\/strong> 100% Tempranillo. Bush vineyard planted in the year 1990 with our grandfather Joan Morat\u00f3 and our father Francesc Ferr\u00e9 at the helm. Its shady orientation, the wooded density of the surroundings, its ventilation and the richness of its soil offer optimal health and quality.as.\r\n\r\n2-Harvest:<\/strong> Manual and in boxes on September 20th. The less productive trend of the harvest is very present, with almost 40% less productivity. However, its ripening and health status were excellent.\r\n\r\n3-Elaboration:<\/strong> The differential aspect is the Carbonic maceration, a technique where we respect the shape of the grapes until well into the fermentation. One box after another, we fill the stainless steel tank without a previous destem process. This will accentuate the freshness and fruity side of the young wine.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n4-Visual appearance:<\/strong> Medium layer, it has red and violet tones typical of its young age.\r\n\r\n5-Bouquet:<\/strong> Aromatically we find sensations that may remind us of wild blackberries and strawberries with a lactic undertone.\r\n\r\n6-Flavour:<\/strong> We highlight its most varietal uniqueness with spicy notes and ripe berries. With a light structure, it is delicious, refreshing and invites you to enjoy it!\r\n\r\n7-Pairing:<\/strong> It is an ideal wine to share with good friends, so simple and essential in our daily lives. A good breakfast with salty herrings, a dinner with cheese and ham, well-spiced snails or a good cal\u00e7otada, would be perfect moments to enjoy our young red wine.
