Cette exp\u00e9rience d\u2019union entre le chocolat artisanal et le vin est toujours organis\u00e9e les premiers dimanches des mois de mars, mai, septembre et novembre.<\/p>\n<p>Le p\u00e2tissier Roger Vallv\u00e9 de \u2018Ca Les Oranges de Valls\u2019 pr\u00e9pare cinq morceaux de chocolat avec des ingr\u00e9dients et des pourcentages de cacao diff\u00e9rents.
