FRESH WINES
Flors i Violes: A fine colored wine with a wonderful memory. Its purity and the presence of aromas of wild red fruits stand out. Llaminer is the most successful adjective to describe ‘Flors i Violes’. Its palate is light with a fresh and sweet sensation at the same time. It reminds us of the aroma of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries.
Vi del Vent: A wine with a very clear color, practically colorless. It reminds us of the recently sold grapes and fruits such as peach and mango. Its natural sweetness counteracts very well with the acidity of the wine.
Ancestral Colldecabra: In the mouth it is a very fine and refreshing sparkling wine with a light structure. Ideal, therefore, to pair with fresh and light dishes such as salads, appetizers or white and fatty meats, due to its refreshing acidity.
