Next Sunday 4th of November we organize the latest edition of the year of the activity ‘Chocolate and life’. This experience of union between the best handmade chocolate and wines is always organized on the first Sundays of the months of March, May, September and November.
The objective is to bring the world of blending to the people in a very original way. First of all, the pastry chef Roger Vallvé from Ca les Taronges of Valls prepares five pieces of chocolate with different ingredients and percentages of cocoa.
With them, we select which wine of Mas Vicenç is the most appropriate for each one. The result always ends up being surprising and entertaining!
