In the bubbles
This year we are entering into the bubble world due to the research of the ancestral method. According to the evolution and acceptance that they have during this first year, we will officially launch a new range of sparkling wines of Mas Vicenç.
At the moment, they can only be tasted and purchased at the physical store of the winery. But many will ask, what is an ancestral wine? It is a wine bottled during the last phase of the first fermentation to produce a sparkling wine with a fine bubble and the primary aromas of the grape variety.
So, to sum up, we’re in a bubble!
