The longevity of the wines is marked by the coexistence of a series of factors around the vineyard and the wine. The mineral quality of the soil, the depth of the roots in the more adult plants, the origin and quality of the barrels where the liquid or cork wraps the bottles is aged are some examples. At Mas Vicenç we try to take care of these factors as much as possible and, together with the orographic, varietal and climatic complexity of our vineyards, we can obtain wines with good storage capacity.

ORIGIN AND PERSONALITY
Variety: The mixture is Tempranillo - Cabernet, at equitable proportions. Aging was 12 months in new French oak barrels, with only 2300 bottles vinified, coming from the highest and most appreciated vineyards of Mas Vicenç.
Harvest: The 2016 vintage is remembered as one of the most appreciated at a climate level for its scarcity of rains at the end of summer and September, giving us a high balance between ripening and acidity at a generic level.

Pairing: What do we accompany him with? Its long life in the bottle allows the most spicy and mature attributes of the wine to reappear and refine its structure.
